民国时期部聘教授制度及其历史意义

部聘教授制度是抗日战争时期国民政府为提高我国科研、培养抗战建国人才、稳定高水平师资队伍而采取的一项措施。在部聘教授产生过程中,教育部制定严格的规章制度、重视荐选环节、严格掌握学科及人数比例、并建立相应的考核机制等,前后共选出45名部聘教授。该制度不仅保障了学术传承,而且开创了高水平高校教师管理制度的先河。
