| 摘 要： | 二战后,发达国家调整了教育发展重点,重视发展成人职业教;进一步完善法律体系,强调成人职业教育的规范性;企业界积极参与,促使职前准备教育与职后继续教育有机结合;职业教育与社区经济发展密切相融。而职业教育的现代化、社会化、产业化、终身化亦应成为我国职业教育改革的突破口。
