| 摘 要： | 高职院校流动学生党员教育管理存在如流出地不想管、流入地想管也管不了、服务不到位、组织观念不强等具体问题。解决这些问题,需要规范化管理与人性化服务相结合,流出地引导与流入地管理相结合,强化组织性与创新管理方式相结合。
