青少年学习困难的成因与矫治

导致青少年学习困难的原因是多方面的,既有其内部心理因素(如学习动力不足、情感体验及其情绪状态、意志力、人格因素等),也有其外部环境因素(如社会不良影响、学校的管理工作、教师的教学方法等)。要实现学困生的转化,必须端正其学习态度,激发学习动力;通过道德教育、情感教育和人格教育,提高其学习积极性;加强对学困生的心理辅导,提高其心理水平;加强学习策略训练,提高学习效能;改善学校内部教学环境,为学生的学习提供良好的外部条件。

Causes for teenagers' difficulty in study exist in various ways.There are both internal psychological factor(for instance,lack of strong study motive,emotion experience and mood state,willpower,personality factor,etc.),and external environmental factor(such as harmful social effects,the poor school management,the teacher's teaching method,etc.).To lead these students to a normal way,we should correct its attitude towards study,stimulate the motive force of studying;educate through moral education,affective education with personality,improve their learn enthusiasm;pay attention to the psychological education and guidance,improve its psychological health level;strengthen the tactics training of study,improve the efficiency of studying;improve the teaching environment inside the school,offer the good external condition for the studying of students.
