| 摘 要： | 《老子》是中国传统文化的重要经典之一，老子将“慈”、“俭”和“不敢为天下行”视为“三宝”。“慈”即爱民，“以百姓之心为心”，“俭”即俭朴、寡欲．反对奢靡，“不敢为天下先”即无为而无不为。“三宝”思想具有重要的现代廉政建设价值。挖掘“三宝”思想的廉政建设元素．为当代中国廉政建设服务。

| Abstract: | Laozi is one of important classics of China traditional culture.Laozi has regarded kindness,thrift and being-not the first as three-treasure.Kindness is loving the people and thinking for the people.Thrift is saving and fighting against luxuriance.Being not the first is inaction.The three-treasure theory has important modern honest government value.Research the honest government construction elements is of service to contemporary China honest government construction. |
