| 摘 要： | 以经济建设为中心的思想催生了重数量而轻质量的“惟GDP增长”政绩考核论。这种政绩考核在促进经济发展的同时，也造成了生态破坏、环境污染不被重视等问题。在这种背景下，生态政绩考核应运而生，这对促进我国的绿色发展、构建两型社会等都有着重要作用。然而由于受传统政绩观、生态政绩考核指标设置难度大等因素的影响，这种考核方法在实际操作中还存在着一些困难。树立生态政绩观．完善生态绩效考核的参与机制、激励机制、监督机制以及考核技术体系等，有利于进一步推进我国生态政绩考核的发展。
