摘    要:随着政府和社会公众对企业环境污染问题重视度和关注度的提高,如何平衡环境保护和经济效益成为企业可持续发展要面对的重要挑战。绿色创新是企业实现环境效益和经济效益平衡统一的重要途径之一。本文基于社会网络理论和社会认同理论,以A股1261家制造业上市公司2017—2021年的面板数据为样本,探讨了高管团队非正式网络联结对企业绿色创新的影响,并引入高管任务断裂带、企业的环境、社会和治理(ESG)表现作为调节变量,进一步剖析了二者与高管团队非正式网络的交互作用。研究发现,高管团队非正式网络联结对企业绿色创新有积极促进作用,企业的环境、社会和治理(ESG)表现、任务断裂带正向调节高管团队非正式网络联结与绿色创新的关系。本文的研究结论丰富了团队非正式网络对企业绿色创新的情境机制,将绿色创新领域的研究从单一属性异质性和团队正式制度角度拓展至多属性下的非正式网络,并引入社会评价指标,为解释企业绿色创新提供了新的理论视角。

Executive team informal network connection and corporate green innovation: The moderating role of task top management team faultline and ESG
Abstract:As the government and the public pay more and more attention to the environmental pollution of enterprises, how to balance environmental protection and economic benefits has become an important challenge for the sustainable development of enterprises. Green innovation is one of the important ways for enterprises to achieve the balance and unity of environmental benefits and economic benefits. Based on the social network theory and social identity theory, this paper takes the 2017-2021 panel data of 1261 A-share manufacturing listed companies as samples to explore the impact of informal network connection of senior management team on corporate green innovation, and introduces the executive task fault zone and corporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance as moderating variables. The interaction between the two and the informal network of senior management team is further analyzed. It is found that the informal network connection of the top management team has a positive effect on the green innovation of enterprises, and the relationship between the informal network connection of the top management team and the green innovation is positively moderated by the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of enterprises and the task fault zone. The conclusions of this paper enrich the situational mechanism of team informal network on corporate green innovation, expand the informal network under multiple attributes from the perspective of single attribute heterogeneity and team formal institution, and introduce social evaluation indicators to provide a new theoretical perspective for explaining corporate green innovation.
