| 摘 要： | 文章从认知语言学的角度,根据意象图式、隐喻、语义链等理论,着重研究了介词＂for＂的语义扩展机制,并建立了＂for＂的语义链。当射体指向界标时,介词＂for＂的语义扩展模式为：从＂方向＂到＂目的地＂、＂空间/时间距离＂、＂爱好、特长＂,同时又从＂目的地＂依次扩展到＂目的（获取、代表、利益等）＂、＂交换＂、＂相当＂等义项。当界标指向射体时,＂for＂从＂方向＂引申为＂原因＂。
