| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想是当代中国政治合法性的基石."代表先进生产力的发展要求",夯实了有效性基础;"代表中国先进文化的前进方向",巩固了意识形态基础;"代表最广大人民群众的利益",吹响了法理基础的建设号角.因此,只要党以及党领导下的政权体系真正实践和实现"三个代表"重要思想,中国政治体系面临的潜在的合法性威胁必将自然消解.

| Abstract: | The base of political legitimacy includes four parts.The thoughts of Three Represents is the foundation of modern Chinese political legitimacy.The requirement of advanced productivity development strengthens the base of effectiveness.The direction of advanced civilization consolidates the base of ideology.The interests of the most people is the base of constructing the theory of law.Therefore,if only our government practices the important idea of Three Represents,the potential crisis of legitimacy that the Chinese political system is facing will be resolved naturally. |
