| 摘 要： | 本文在对中国期刊全文数据库中有关核心能力的文献进行收集和消化的基础上，对中国学者所提出或提到的核心能力的构成要素进行了调查，然后对这些构成要素进行了分类和分层，并对它们的被认同程度进行了分析，最后根据调查和分析的结果对核心能力构成要素的研究提出了有益的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the papers about core competence which were collected from China Jounral Full Paper Database in http://www.chinajournal.net.cn, this paper investigated the components of core competence mentioned or put forward by the researchers of core competecnce in China, then categorized and classified the components got by investigating, and analyzed their degrees accepted by the Chinese researchers, finally put forward some advices beneficial to studying the components of core competence according to the outcomes of the investigation and analysis. |
