消失模铸铁件的皱皮缺陷研究

摘    要:从消失模铸铁件表面产生皱皮缺陷的机理入手,残留固相碳、残留液相表面张力收缩和液态金属脉动式的流动过程均可引起皱皮缺陷,而模样气化不完全是铸铁件产生皱皮缺陷的根本原因。分析了影响铸铁件产生皱皮的几种主要因素:模样材料、合金的成分、浇注的温度和速度、浇注系统形式、涂料和型砂的透气性及铸件本身形状影响等。据此提出防止皱皮缺陷应该采取的措施。

Abstract:Through researching the mechanism of Cockle Defect in Iron Casting by EPC Process, we know that the remainder solid carbon, shrinking of remainder liquid and liquid metal flowing pulsantly all can cause Cockle Defect. But the essential reason producing Cockle Defect is the incompletely EPSs gasification. We also analyzed the facts influencing on Iron casting Cockle Defect : patterns density, chemical composites pouring position of casting, temperature and speed of pour, casting structure etc. According to these, the synthetical measures to solve Cockle Defect were put forward.
