中华民族传统体育文化保护取向研究——基于日本文化遗产保护经验的启示

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以介绍日本文化遗产保护经验为切入点,引介柔道文化推广经验,构建中华民族传统体育文化保护取向:注重立法,完善法律制度;重视政府管理,建立合适的行政管理体制模式;提高自身造血功能,促进保护经费的来源多元化;增加危机感,培养全民参与的文化保护氛围;与世界接轨,改良民族传统体育比赛规则;加强海外宣传,增加文化认可。

Research on the Orientation of Chinese Traditional Sports Culture Protection --Enlightenment Comes from Japanese Cultural Heritage Protection Experience

Using literature,logic analysis and other research methods,taking the introduction of Japanese culture heritage protection experience as the breakthrough point,introducing judo culture promotion experience,constructing the Chinese traditional sports culture protection orientation:pay attention to the legislation,perfect the legal system;pay attention to the government management,establish proper administrative management system mode;to improve their own function,and promote diversity of the source of protection funds;increase the crisis,cultivate the whole people to participate in an atmosphere of culture protection;connect with the world,improve the national tradition sports game rules;strengthen international publicity,increase cultural acceptance.
