杞麓湖底泥好氧反硝化菌的筛选及反硝化特性研究

摘    要:采用溴百里酚蓝(BTB)选择性培养基对采集样品进行初筛分离。初筛菌株在30℃,DM培养基培养3天后的溶液测定其TN、NO3-N、NO2-N浓度变化。最终成功分离得到一株编号为8#菌株对NO3-N的降解率91.70%,亚硝态氮累积量仅为0.61mg·L-1。该菌株反硝化能力较强,在实际的废水处理中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:By using BTB medium to isolate aerobic denitrifier.Among which the better strains experienced secondary screening:measuring the concentration of the TN、NO3-N、NO2-N in the DM media after 3 days’ cultivation.In case of the denitrification process,the concentration of the NO3-N、NO2-N were measured.The 8# NO3-N removal rate reached 91.70% and nitrite accumulation was in a low concentration of 0.61mg·L-1.The 8# was a high-eficiency aerobic denitrifier and it is useful in practical application.
