| 摘 要： | 要提高课堂教学的质量和效率,教师对教学过程的设计和组织非常关键,尤其是少年儿童,学生的直接兴趣和无意注意占优势,需要教师在课堂教学过程中以生动有趣的方式吸引学生的注意力。要做到这一点,教师就必须认真考虑好每一个教学环节,而引入新课就是其中的一个重要环节,要使教学达到预期目的,教师就必须掌握一定的技能技巧和规律。
