摘    要:要提高课堂教学的质量和效率,教师对教学过程的设计和组织非常关键,尤其是少年儿童,学生的直接兴趣和无意注意占优势,需要教师在课堂教学过程中以生动有趣的方式吸引学生的注意力。要做到这一点,教师就必须认真考虑好每一个教学环节,而引入新课就是其中的一个重要环节,要使教学达到预期目的,教师就必须掌握一定的技能技巧和规律。

Abstract:It is critical for teachers to design and organize the teaching process in order to improve the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching.To do this,teachers should carefully consider each teaching step.The introduction of new lesson is one of the most important steps in teaching.Therefore,teachers should master skills and rules of it.
