| 摘 要： | 高校知识女性既承载着历史陋习的重负，同时又面临着多元时代所带来的道德价值取向的困惑。只有改变传统观念，突破习惯势力的束缚，在纷繁的世界中不断反思自我，完善的道德自律意识，才能在成就事业的同时成就自我。

| Abstract: | Women intellectuals in institutions of higher learning shoulder a heavy burden of historical yoke and face different kinds of challenges in the turning period as well. Only by changing the traditional ideas, breaking through the yoke of conventional forces, reflecting upon themselves frequently in the complexity of the world, and cOnStructing the perfect awareness of moral self-discipline, can they achieve themselves and their accomplishments as well. |
