| 摘 要： | 在《讲话》中，毛泽东将艺工作看作是推行中共新的意识形态和建构现代民族国家的“想象共同体”的重要手段之一。因此，毛泽东将艺“为什么人的问题”上升到政治高度、政治原则来认识，强调和突出了知识分子进行“思想改造”这一重要的整风环节。《讲话》发表以后，就对中国新学的发展方向起到了巨大的规范作用，尤其是新中国成立以后，它成为指导社会主义艺的重要指导方针。
