| 摘 要： | 根据硫醇／硫醚分子的拓扑结构特点，利用距离矩阵的本征值定义了一种拓扑指数A，计算了40余种硫醇／硫醚分子的拓扑指数A，采用回归分析方法建立了硫醇／硫醚的沸点（BP）、气相色谱保留指数（RI）以及热力学性质（气态标准生成热△Hf,298^0，气态标准熵S298^0，气态标准生成自由能△Gf,298^0）等多种物理化学性质与拓扑指数A的QSPR模型，发现这些物理化学性质与拓扑指数A均具有很高的相关关系，所建立的QSPR模型方程具有良好的稳定性和预测能力，较好地揭示了这些物理化学性质的变化规律。
