谈在职人员的继续教育

当今社会，随着生活节奏的加快、愈益激烈的竞争、瞬息万变的信息，以及教育知识的变换与更新，生活在现代氛围中的人不得不随时地补充自己在知识上的欠缺来适应环境。而现代生产技术和工艺不但千差万别，而且也在突飞猛进地发展变化。学校教育却无法一一解决各类实际生产工作岗位上的现职人员如何熟练掌握具体生产技术和工艺操作的问题。而正是这种具体的技术和操作问题，对企业生产效率起着关键作用。因此，如果不重视生产过程对工作人员的影响，不重视工作人员与生产过程的协调，将给企业的生产效率造成巨大损失。解决这个问题的唯一途径是进行有组织的继续教育。
