黑龙江省高校冬季体育教学改革的本土化研究

高校冬季体育教学本土化改革是素质教育发展的必然,是高校适应社会经济增长方式转变的主动性改变,对培养符合主义现代化建设需要的人才具有重要的意义。大学体育的价值在于开发和提升大学生生存能力,使大学生切身地了解体育文化和领悟体育精神。提出充分利用冰雪资源优势,丰富冬季体育教学的内容,激发学生对冰雪运动的兴趣,提高体育教师的综合素质等是实现黑龙江高校冬季体育教学本土化的重要途径。

Localization Reform of the Collegiate Winter Sports Teaching in Heilongjiang Province

The localization reform of collegiate winter sports teaching is a necessity of developing the quality-oriented education and an initiative change for acclimatizing an university to the social economic growth mode.It’s significant for developing some talents who meet the requirement of socialist modernization.The value of collegiate physical education is to develop and improve the undergraduates’ viability and make them understand the sports culture and spirit.The paper suggests some important means for realizing the localization of collegiate winter sports to take full advantage of ice-snow resource,to enrich the content of winter sports teaching,to arouse the undergraduates’ interesting in ice-snow sports,to improve the sports teachers’ overall quality.
