| 摘 要： | 随着人们收入水平的不断提高和我国对外开发范围的不断扩大,狩猎这一体育活动在我国又逐渐兴起并引起了社会的高度关注。通过文献资料、调查等研究方法,对我国古代狩猎活动的发展及特点进行了介绍。在此基础上,对现代狩猎活动在我国发展的概况又进行了分析,并剖析了其中存在的问题,如相关宣传不到位,误导现象频出;狩猎权利分配不公,获取机制不畅等。最后,针对现实情况,提出了进一步完善相关法规制度,遵循国际惯例等一些富有建设性的建议。
