摘    要:通过对京、津、皖、湘等部分盲、聋、启智学校的典型调查,就劳动技术和职业教育的课程设置与实施,三类残疾毕业生就业现状,以用人单位反馈意见为代表的社会评价与期望等进行研究,力图客观地反映上述地区三类残疾儿童劳动技术与职业教育的现状,并由此提出对策:1.因地制宜,不拘一格发展职业教育;2.改进课程,以适应现代化社会对劳动者素质的基本要求

Abstract:In this article the current situation of vocational education and employment of disabled children from schools in Beijing,Tianjin,Anhui and Hunan are reported.Two important conclusions are:1.There should be enough training patterns of vocational education for different circumstances with the consideration of local conditions and degree of disability.2.The curriculum should be improved to train the disabled children for obtaining the abilities of association and cooperation with others to meet the requirements from the contemperary society.
