摘    要:小班化教育的研究已成为教育改革的热点之一,随着素质教育的深入,它将成为未来基础教育改革的趋势,小班教育实质上就是要构建一个适合少年儿童自我生存与发展的教育环境,其宗旨是充分调动学生的求知欲,挖掘学生的创造潜能。

Abstract:Small class teaching has already become one of the hot issues of educational reform. With the deep-going quality education, it will become the trend of basic education reform in the future. Small-sized class teaching in essence is to construct a kind of educational circumstances that fit the self-decelopment of children. The purpose is to arouse children's thirst for knowledge and to develop their potential creative power.
