| Abstract: | In this paper, with the histochemical staining on the liver, kidney and spleen of the manne teleost, the iofluences of the "white spot" disease on the host viscers are studied.The results show that the contents of glycogens and proteins are decreased, and the activities of the alkaline phosphatases (AKP) and the mitochondrias are declinded in the host viscers.The relationships between the histochemical changes and the clinical manifestations of the hosts are analysed in this paper. |
