摘    要:pH梯度沉降法分离提取大黄中的蒽醌甙元,可以省却有机溶剂做为提取剂,直接以NaOH溶液为提取剂,用CO2气体梯度中和,沉降、分离、提取大黄中的蒽醌甙元,原料来源丰富、价格低廉,无有机物污染,生产成本可大大降低.

Abstract:Use pH rundle sedimentation to dispart and abstract Anthrapuinone aglycon from Rheum, It can dispense with organic dissolvent for abstract, directness usc NaOH solution for abstract, use CO2 gas rundle counteract, sedimentation and dispart and abstract Anthrapuinone aglycon from Rheum, raw material origin very abound and price is cheap, and without organic matter pollute, creative costing can depress.
