| 摘 要： | pH梯度沉降法分离提取大黄中的蒽醌甙元，可以省却有机溶剂做为提取剂，直接以NaOH溶液为提取剂，用CO2气体梯度中和，沉降、分离、提取大黄中的蒽醌甙元，原料来源丰富、价格低廉，无有机物污染，生产成本可大大降低．
