| 摘 要： | 民办高校的固定资产是提高教育教学质量和科研水平的重要物质基础。如何管好、用好固定资产，保证教学、科研以及各项工作的顺利进行，防止固定资产浪费和流失，不断提高其使用效益，都有着十分重要的意义。本文就目前固定资产管理工作中遇到的问题进行了分析，并提出了解决这些问题的一些经验体会。
