| Abstract: | Based on in-depth study of the present access control models,the paper thinks over the character of Government Procurement Platform Based on Basic Education,and introduces Temporal-RBAC(TRBAC),an extension of the RBAC model,at last,implements illustrational system base on the expanded model successfully. |
