| 摘 要： | 图书馆参考咨询服务源于19世纪的美国图书馆,经过一个多世纪的发展,它的理论及工作内涵都发生了很大的变化,特别是在当前的信息时代,运用新的模式服务用户,把握其发展趋势更是图书馆界的工作重心。
