对大学生普及体育选项课改革实践的研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等,在“淡化竞技、注重健身、以人为本、重在实效”的指导思想下,对大学生普及体育选项课改革实践进行了研究。结果表明：确立正确的改革指导思想,加强教学的“软件”和“硬件”建设是改革取得成功的保证。大学生对体育课的兴趣上升到98％;体育合格率提高2个百分点,述标率与对教师的评价分好于以往,学生的价值取向与目的性更加明显,观念和意识发生转变,掌握3—4个运动项目的健身方法,97％的举生能够坚持课外自我锻炼,学生锻炼习惯有所养成．

Study of the Reformation Practice on the Popularizing P. E. Elective Course in University Students

By using the method of documentary and investigation and experiment etc, under the teaching concept of "stressing on building up physique while weakening the sense of competitiveness". The author studies on the popularizing P. E. elective course's reformation practice in university students. The results showed that establishing right teaching reform concept, and strengthening teaching "software" and "hardware" construction should be succeeding guarantee of reform, student's interest in P. E. classes has increased to 98%, and P. E. qualification rate has raised by two percent, and up to scratch rate and teacher's mark is more than past. Their value tropism and objective property is more obviously, concept and consciousness has changed. They have learnt skills of three of four sports, 97% of them can insist on taking part in exercise after class, habits of exercise has formed. Some countermeasures for these problems were put forward in the paper.
