摘    要:文章总结了一套描述工作绩效要求和个体工作体验的框架。它不仅呈现了工作活动,其中包括工作要求和个体与外部环境的相互作用,也体现了工作作为活动和相互作用过程的客观性特点和个体的主观体验。在职业教育课程的开发和实施过程中可以运用此二维框架。

Abstract:A framework is proposed for analyzing work requirements and the experience of work. It comprises activities including the work requirements and interdependencies between individuals and external environment. It also shows the objective characters of work as activities and interactions, and the subjective experience that constitutes work for individuals. The framework is available for the development and implementation of TVET curriculums.
