| 摘 要： | 高层建筑大都由高层主楼与低层裙房组成,这样,控制高层主楼与低层裙房基础差异沉降成为迫切需要解决的问题。按过去传统习惯及有关规定,在高层主楼与低层裙房之间设置沉降缝来处理。本文以实际工程设计为例,运用弹性力学理论,对高层主楼与低层裙房基础的沉降情况作切合实际的分析,取消沉降缝,提出两项措施来解决高层主楼与低层裙房基础差异沉降问题,从而取得更好的经济、技术效果。

| Abstract: | Highrise Building is usually built with its surrounding subsidiary low buil- dings, which causes huge differences of settlement between foundation encoun- tered in design for engineers. According to traditional method and building code, it is always considered to install a settlement chink between highrise and its subsidiary buildings. In this paper, the author presents a new method, involving analysis the settlement by theory of elasticity and 2 measures, to eliminate the difference of settlement between highrise and its subsidiary buil- dings, instead of settlement chink, followed by some examples of practical engineering which verifies the author's method being of both economical and technical significances. |
