高职新生特点和教育管理方法探讨

根据调查结果分析了高等职业技术学院新生的特点，并在此基础上提出相应的教育管理方法。对高职新生管理应是外松内紧，以激励为主，强化入学教育，加强社团建设与管理，促其完成学业，早日成才。

Exploration of Freshmens Features and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

An analysis of freshmen's features is made and some corresponding management methods are put forward on this basis too.As to freshmen's management it should be loose outside but strict inside,put encouragement first,strengthen education at the beginning and enhance the building and management of leagues and societies so as to promote freshmen's study.
