基于PMAC运动控制器的数控系统开发研究

摘    要:针对生产高压玻璃钢管过程中存在的系统运行不稳定问题,文中提出了一种以PMAC运动控制器为控制系统核心、工业控制计算机(IPC)为系统支撑单元的双CPU开放式数控系统.并在此基础上给出了该系统功能、硬件结构和软件设计方法.实践证明,该数控系统不仅可以实现人机接口的定制和实时控制部件的参数化,而且轨迹行程精确、响应速度快、定位准确度高、性能稳定、运行可靠、使用维护便利,尤其在PMAC控制方面具有卓越的控制功能和良好的性能价格比.

The Research and Development on CNC System with PMAC-Base Motion Controller
Abstract:This paper present an open-architecture NC system with double CPU to resolve the unstable problem of running during the process of the manufacture of the high-pressure glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe. This device uses PMAC motion controller as its control system kernel and Industrial control computer as its system sustaining cell. On the basis of above, this paper also introduces system function、 hardware configuration and the method of software design. It is proven in practice that this CNC system completely achieves not only man-machine interface customization and parameterized real-time control component but also precise trajectory, little responding time,high precision in fixing position, stable movement, high reliability and convenient for using and maintenance. This system has outstanding control function and good capability/price ratio in the application of PMAC motion controller.
