社区学校专职教师队伍专业化建设研究

摘    要:社区学校是社区教育的载体,专职教师是社区学校师资队伍中的核心部分和中坚力量,对其进行专业化建设,符合时代发展的诉求,加快提升社区居民的整体素质,有利于推进社区教育的发展。但仅就江苏江阴地区来说,社区学校专职教师队伍现状不佳,还存在数量不足、素质偏低、职责不明等问题,应在规章制度、考核机制、专业自修与培训等方面,采取一系列的措施及方法,加快专职教师专业化建设进程。

Abstract:The community school is the carrier of community education.Full-time teachers are the core part and the backbone of community school teaching team,who play an important role in promoting the development of community education.It meets the demand of development to specialize construction.Speeding up to enhance the overall quality of community residents is conducive to promote the development of community education.But in Jiangyin region of Jiangsu,the status of full-time community school teachers is poor,problems such as insufficient quantity,low quality,unclear responsibility are existing.A series of measures and methods should be taken,in terms of rules and regulations,assessment mechanisms,such as professional training and self-study,to accelerate the process of building full-time teacher specialization.
