摘    要:教育均衡是社会公平的重要基础,随着社会发展对教育均衡不断提出的新要求,河北省当前教育均衡问题已不再仅仅局限于经费投入、基础设施改善等方面,还要站在国家文化发展战略的高度来关注。为适应这一变化,河北省应在文化视域下加快新均衡理念的确立、各级教育制度的建设、多元文化的整合和新教育模式的探索,探索可持续发展的教育高位均衡实现路径。

Abstract:Balanced education is the important foundation of social justice.With the new requirements to balanced education continuously put forward by social development,the issue of balanced education in Hebei Province is no longer restricted to funding,infrastructure improvement.It should be attached importance to from the strategic perspective of the national culture development.In order to adapt to the change,Hebei Province should quicken the establishment of new balance concept,the construction of educational system at different levels,the integration of multi-culture and the exploration of new educational model.Meanwhile,it should also explore the approach to realize the substantial development of educational balance at a high level.
