两晋时期政府对官员的优抚初探

两晋时期,官员俸禄具有不稳定性,统治者通过调整官员俸禄,赏赐官员谷物与钱帛等措施来增加官员收入。这一时期,帝王根据致仕官员的品级和地位给予相应的特权和赏赐;通过赐药和遣使慰问来优恤患病官吏;赏赐钱物来救恤贫穷官吏,同时允许家境贫困的官员改任俸禄较高的官职。官员死后,朝廷会根据其品级、功劳和生前受重用的程度,赠予相应的助葬物品和钱帛等,并对官员家属及其后代进行优恤。

Special Treatment and Relief to the Government Officials in the Jin Dynasties

In the Jin Dynasties,due to the instability of officials＇ salary,the rulers increased official income by adjusting the official salary,rewarding them with grain,money and silk and the like. The rulers gave privilege and reward to the retired officials according to their grades and status,pacified the sick officials by giving medicine and sending envoy and relieved the poor officials by rewarding them with money. Also,poor officials were allowed to be promoted to the office of higher salary. After the government officials died,the imperial court would present them with corresponding goods and money for burial and offer special treatment to the officials＇ families and their descendants according to the credit grade.
