对2010年亚运会志愿者工作的前景展望及对策研究

通过访谈、调查与查阅相关文献资料等方法,对2010年亚运会以及亚运会志愿者服务工作进行了展望,分析并总结目前广州市志愿者服务工作中存在的不足;提出从志愿者计划的宣传活动、普及公民志愿精神、志愿者行动机制建设、开拓志愿服务资源、维护志愿人员权益、志愿者的回报与奖励等方面来加强和完善志愿者服务工作,为2010年亚运会的成功举办奠定一定基础.
