| 摘 要： | 本就影响滇西北旅游业发展的几个问题－－旅游资源形成的基础与旅游开发、旅游资源的区内相似性与旅游开发策略，开发与资源环境保护关系，制约旅游开发的资金和交通因素，景区开发中社区利益及行政管理、世界自然遗产申报与旅游区规划、局部旅游开发项目的协调等问题进行了较深入的探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper analysis several issues about tourism development in northwest Yunnan: formative foundation of tourism resources and tourism development, comparability of tourism resources in the region and tourism developmental strategy, relation between tourism development and protection of resource and environment, financing and traffic factor in tourism development, the interests of community and administration in the development of scenic region, declaration of world natural legacy correspond with tourism planning and part item of tourism development, etc. |
