| 摘 要： | 分析国家创新体系的内涵，提出面向国家创新体系的实验室管理创新包括实验室的管理体制创新、资源管理创新、人员管理创新和管理制度创新。做好实验室管理创新工作，不仅有利于实验室建设和管理，而且有利于充分发挥高等学校在国家创新体系中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed what the university should be in the national innovation system, and how it functions currently. It suggested that the connotation of management innovation of laboratory oriented to the national innovation system consists of such innovations as management system, resource plan, and human resource management. The management innovation of laboratory not only enhances the construction and management of laboratory, but also makes university play an important role in national innovation system. |
