摘    要:本文讨论如何实施表扬(奖励)批评(惩罚)的艺术问题.作者认为表扬(奖励)批评(惩罚)的目的,是而且只能是使受表扬(奖励)批评(惩罚)的学生得到教育.据此,作者指出,实施表扬(奖励)批评(惩罚)时应该注意形式、时机、范围、频率等问题,使之成为一门教育的艺术.
