| 摘 要： | 通过多次选用不同的溶剂溶解普鲁卡因,选择用浓盐酸调节不同的pH,比较收率。最佳成盐条件为:以价格便宜,污染小的无水乙醇作溶剂,用浓盐酸调节pH至5.5,收率可达43.3%(以普鲁卡因计)。改变了过去实验教学中其收率常常为0的结果。

| Abstract: | Experimental parameters such as solvent,PH regulator and PH were optimiyed for the crystalliyation of procaine(INN) hydrochloride.It was found that crystalline procaine hydrochloride can be preparel with the recories of 43.3% at pH 5.5 if ethanol is used as PH regulator. |
