莆田乌白旗事件浅析

乌白旗械斗是莆田近代农村曾发生过的一项重大事件，它涉及范围广，持续时间长，事件发生之初，它曾经投入了轰轰烈烈的太平天国革命运动。莆田，仙游的乌白旗农民曾经与永春的林俊起义军联合反清，给清朝的地方政权以沉重的打击，可是，随着起义的失败，乌白旗农民自身的阶级局限性也暴露无遗，持续了一百我年的联村械斗事件，给莆田的社会经济，人民的生命财产造成了重在原损失，产生了十分消极的影响。
