我国高职教育事业改革与发展中政府的责任

目前我国高职教育事业存在的主要问题有:学校数量发展过快,高职教育中职化倾向普遍存在;教育资源未得到有效整合,浪费严重;教育教学质量标准一片空白,无据可依;校企合作缺少立法,办学模式改革难以突破。解决的策略是提高认识,加大投入;统筹规划,强化宏观调控;加强研究,统一制定教育教学标准;加快校企合作立法,为高职教育保驾护航。

On Government's Responsibility in China's Vocational Education Reform and Development

Some major problems existed in China＇s vocational education which can be cited as follows： the number of schools are quickly increasing with the tendency of degrading into intermediate vocational education;the educational resources have not been effectively made use of and led to serious wastes;It lacks education and teaching quality criteria;there is no legislation for school-enterprise cooperation and it is difficult to reform the mode of running schools.Solutions to the problems include raising awareness,increasing investment,strengthening macro-control and implementing comprehensive arrangement,strengthening research,formulating uniform standards of education and teaching,and speeding up legislation for the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,thus to ensure sound development for vocational education.
