摘    要:行动导向教学模式下,学生角色转换,已成为高职教学改革的重要方面,按照行动导向完整工作过程实施教学,必须要求学生进行角色转换、成为学习的主体:他们既是工作计划的制订者又是完成和评价者。通过这个过程的教学,才能让学生熟悉工作程序、提高职业能力,从而培养其职业素养。

Abstract:The students' roles switch in action-oriented teaching mode has become an important aspect in high vocational teaching reform.According to the action-oriented working process to accomplish the teaching,which required the students to switch roles and become the main body on learning.The students will be the makers of the plan as well as the doers and evaluators.Through the teaching process,we can let the students be familiar with the working procedures,improve their vocational ability in order to cultivate their vocational quality.
