上海市智障人参加社区特奥运动现状与分析

采用文献资料法、访谈法等,对上海市部分街道(镇)智障人参加社区特奥运动现状进行分析。结果显示:智障人虽有"阳光之家"等较好的活动环境,但受场地器材不足、资金短缺、专业培训人员少等因素影响,经常参加特奥运动的人数较少,特奥运动项目单一。建议:政府相关部门应加大发展智障人体育事业的力度;组建大学生志愿者队伍,多方面筹集资金;发挥媒体作用,营造良好社会氛围。

Status Quo and Analysis of Shanghai Retarded Participating in Community Special Olympic Movement

Using the methods of literature,interview etc.it made an analysis of the status quo of the retarded in some neighborhoods of Shanghai participating in community Special Olympic movement.The results show that the retarded have a better activity environment such as "sunlight home" etc,but few of them often participate in the Special Olympic movement because of the factors of lacking grounds,equipment and materials,funds and professional trainers and the Special Olympic events are unitary.It suggested that the relevant departments of government should increase the dynamic of developing the retarded sports cause,set up ranks of university students' volunteers,raise funds in many ways,give full scope to media and construct good social atmosphere.
