| 摘 要： | 通过高效液相色谱法对黄芪中的黄芪甲苷进行含量测定，建立了黄芪甲苷HPLC含量测定方法，并对壮阳春滴丸中的黄芪甲苷进行定量检测．结果准确，方法简便．此方法可用于壮阳春滴丸中的黄芪甲苷的质量控制．

| Abstract: | The astragaloside IV in astragalus was determined by HPLC.The determination method for the content of astragaloside IV was found.The quantitative detection of astragaloside IV in Zhuangyangchun drop pills as well as was done.The method is simple,accurate when applied in quality control of astragaloside IV in Zhuangyangchun drop pills. |
