| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料调研法、访谈法,对湘潭市三所高校的1200多名大学女生进行调查研究.结果表明：多数大学女生对课外体育活动抱有兴趣,高校女生课外体育活动参与面较高,锻炼价值取向多元化.但活动项目相对集中,活动频率和强度相对不足.缺少伙伴、没氛围、场地器材缺乏等外在的因素是制约大学女生参加课外体育活动的主要因素.据此,提出了相应的建议与对策,为高校的体育管理部门决策提供参考.

| Abstract: | The author investigates 1200 girl - undergraduates of three universities in Xiangtan City through the approach of questionnaire and talking. The result is that, the extensions of girl- undergraduates are high,. Many of them are interested in physical activities, and the directions are various, but the frequencies and times are very low. The defects, the shortage of ground, equipments, companions and circumstances, are the dominating factor of restricting them to enjoy the physical activities. Therefore, some countermeasures are put forth in this paper. |
