| 摘 要： | 高等院校是一个集教学、科研、管理和服务于一体的庞大教育系统。高校教师则是学校教学、科研、行政管理的重要力量。正确地把握高校教师的需求特征，并据此建立和完善一整套相应的激励机制，更好地促进教师的健康发展，是任何一所高校管理部门急需研究的一项重要课题。

| Abstract: | Higher school isa huge education system.Including teaching,Researching,Administrating and senicing,In which teachers in higher school play an important role.Therefore,in order to promote teachers'development in a health way,It's an essential subject that needs solving immediately in any administration departments of higher school,We should understamd the requirement characteristics of teachers in higher school arrectly.And establish a whole encouraging system based on it. |
