摘    要:后危机时代,东方智慧给了我们关于企业管理的创新性启示:要大力倡导柔性管理,即人心管理;上工治未病,中工治初病,下工治重病,企业当优待上工,完善防范于未然的"防患机制";无为而治,无为无不为,这不仅是管理学的最高标准,而且是人才战略的最高境界;危机处理的方法宜疏不宜堵。

Abstract:In post-Financial-Crisis era,innovative inspiration on enterprise management may be drawn from oriental wisdom. First,flexible management,or winning popularity through management,is to be advocated vigorously. Second,experts and talents are to be well treated and precaution mechanics improved and perfected in the enterprise. The third,the highest standard in talent strategy as well as in management is "govern by doing nothing that goes against nature". The fourth,the approaches in dealing with crises are to build bridges not to build walls.
