澳大利亚TAFE学院的教学工作结构

摘    要:澳大利亚TAFE学院面向生产第一线,培养适用的高级技术应用型人才和管理人才,也培养动手能力见长的技能型人才。教学是澳大利亚TAFE学院职业技术人才培养的基本途径,澳大利亚TAFE学院的教学内容由课程大纲、科目大纲和教学用书三大部分组成,采取个别教学、小组教学、班级教学和用户选择教学等多种教学组织形式,运用角色扮演法、主题教学法和模块培训法等多种教学方法。

Abstract:Australian TAFE Institute faces the forefront of the production,trains the suitable advanced technology-applying talents and managerial talents,and trains craftsmanship talents standing out with manipulative abilities.The teaching is the basic path to develop the technical talented persons by TAFE institutes in Australia.The teaching contents of TAFE institutes in Australia are constituted with the three parts: the course,the subject outlines and teaching books.The teaching organized forms are the individual,group and class teaching and the teaching of customers chooses etc.The teaching methods are role play,the topic approach and mold training method etc.
