"仅供议付提单"刍议

无单放货给各方当事人带来诸多不便,“仅供议付提单”似乎能解决目的港“货到单未到”的矛盾。“仅供议付提单”名为提单,其实并不是真正意义上的提单。“仅供议付提单”并不会在将来取代传统提单。与传统提单相比,当事人在其中的法律地位将发生巨大变化。我国出口企业使用“仅供议付提单,”实质上使自己处于十分不利的地位,实在有必要采取合理的应对措施。
